The super-high drafting of the ring spinning machine is an important way to realize the heavy quantification of semi-finished products,and it is also the key to realize the high-efficiency spinning process.Previous studies have shown that increasing the total drafting ratio by increasing the number of drafting zones in the spinning frame has problems such as poor yarn quality,and it is not yet industrialized.This paper intends to achieve the over-draw of the ring spinning machine by increasing the drafting ratio of the rear drafting zone.A four-roller four-apron bi-directional apron jaw large over-drawing device was developed,and the effects of various processes on the spinning quality of the two-way apron over-extraction device were studied.This research has a guiding role and application value for the realization of super-high drafting of ring spinning.The main contents of the thesis research are as follows:Firstly,by increasing the control of the fibers in the back zone in the form of a reversestretching apron in the rear drafting zone,the draw ratio of the back zone is increased and the middle zone of a finishing set is increased,thereby achieving over-draw.On the basis of the DHU-X01 ring spinning machine,the modification of the two-way apron super-large drafting device was completed and the spinnability,drafting distribution form and drafting range of the device were verified by corresponding experiments.Secondly,the beam organizer is installed in the middle of the device,and the improvement of the spinning quality before and after the installation of the buncher is studied,and the ratio of the gears of the front and rear rollers of the middle zone is adjusted,so that the drafting ratio of the middle zone can be adjusted.Finally,the single factor experiment method was used to study the influence of the draw ratio in the back zone and the draw ratio in the middle zone on the spinning quality.On the basis of this,the 19.4tex spun yarn was spun with 12g/10 m cotton roving as an example.Orthogonal experiment method is used to optimize the drafting ratio of the rear zone of the two-way apron super-large drafting device,the draw ratio of the middle zone and the spindle speed.The combination of theory and experiment of this subject,based on the comparative analysis of yarn quality,mainly leads to the following conclusions:(1)The four-roller four-aperture bi-directional apron jaws over-large drafting device designed in this paper can achieve super-large drafting by increasing the drafting ratio in the back zone,which verifies the correctness of the design.(2)The addition of a buncher in the middle of the double apron super-drafting device improves the quality of the yarn,and at the same time provides better support for the process research through the improvement of the variable draw ratio in the middle zone.(3)In the two-way apron over-large drafting device,the influence of the draw ratio in the middle and rear zones on the yarn quality is similar.As the draw ratio of the middle and rear zones increases,the yarn quality first increases and then deteriorates.At the same time,through the orthogonal test,it can be found that in the device,the drafting ratio of the middle zone has the greatest influence on the yarn quality,the influence of the spindle rotation speed is second,and the drafting ratio of the rear zone has the least influence on the yarn quality.The drafting ratio in the back zone is 3.6 times,the draw ratio in the middle zone is 1.14 times,and the spinning speed is 6000r/min.
