Research On Risk Evaluation And Prevention Countermeasures Of PVC Trading Enterprises

In recent years,the international trade friction has continued and the business risks of the PVC trading companies have also greatly increased.However,the risk awareness of PVC trading companies in China is generally not strong,and the risk prevention measures are generally insufficient.All of these have led to certain damages for enterprises.Therefore,the risk analysis and risk assessment of PVC trading companies are of great practical significance.This article first reviews the process of risk management,briefly introduces the content and methods.Secondly,the business risk of PVC trading companies is divided into two levels of internal risk and external risk indicators.Then AHP is used to determine the index weights,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the business risk.Finally,Haihui Company is used as an example to conduct an empirical analysis to verify the rationality of the evaluation index system.The results show that: Haihui Company's business risk is low,and it needs to be strengthened in the aspects of capital risk,material risk,and technology risk;The external risk of PVC trade enterprises is high,among which the economic risk is the most significant;The internal risk is low,among which the entrepreneurial risk is the most significant.We also proposed countermeasures and suggestions for dealing with business risks in response to the problems identified.The above issues have certain reference value for PVC trade risk prevention.
