Equipment manufacturing industry is the foundation of the development of national economy.With the rapid development of economy since the fortieth anniversary of reform and opening up,our country's basic industry has moved from weak and poor to made in China 2025.To realize the Chinese dream,we need strong national defense,strong national defense needs sophisticated weapons and equipment,and sophisticated weapons and equipment needs high-end.The equipment manufacturing industry and high-end equipment manufacturing industry need high-precision machine tools,so high-precision machine tools are the fundamental guarantee of national economy and strong national defense,and the foundation of realizing the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This paper takes the creeping behavior of the rotary table of TH65100 machine tool in Kunming Machine Tool Factory as the research object.The creeping phenomenon of the rotary table of machine tool occurs at low speed and heavy load.It can improve the positioning accuracy,sensitivity,overall safety and stability of the machine tool,and improve the processing quality and accuracy of the work piece.Through the actual working conditions,the creeping phenomenon of worktable working face is studied theoretically and practically,which has important practical application value for eliminating and reducing creeping.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status and development trend of machine crawling at home and abroad,puts forward the design ideas and research contents of this paper,and studies the crawling mechanism.According to the composition and performance characteristics of the rotary table of TH65100 machine tool in Kunming Machine Tool Factory,the influencing factors of crawling under actual working conditions are studied.Secondly,according to the actual working conditions of TH65100 machine tool crawling phenomenon in the actual production process,the mechanical model is established to solve the critical speed of crawling,and the factors leading to crawling are analyzed.The three-dimensional model of the rotary table of machine tool is drawn by using three-dimensional software Pro/E,and the modal simulation analysis of the table is carried out by using ANSYS software.Through modal analysis,it is proved that the natural frequency transition is smooth,the structure layout is reasonable,and the normal working frequency of the motor can be well avoided,so as to avoid the occurrence of resonance phenomenon and reduce the impact on the creeping of the worktable.The design is reasonable.Thirdly,this paper takes the rotary table as the research object and uses virtual prototyping technology ADAMS to establish a coupling model for analysis.The analysis results show that the quality of work piece,system stiffness,system damping,dynamic and static friction difference have different effects on the critical speed.On this basis,the correlation between reducing crawling and restraining crawling is proposed Measures.Finally,the critical values of creeping phenomena are measured on the spot.By comparison,the correctness of dynamic simulation analysis is proved,and relevant improvement measures are put forward to restrain or eliminate the creeping phenomena.This paper summarizes the practical solutions for machine tools to suppress or eliminate crawling.The relevance of the original research purpose was achieved.
