In the production of medium and small carbon electrode Enterprises,when the filler in the baking furnace is cleaned in the prebaked anode workshop,there is a phenomenon of large labor intensity,poor working environment and low cleaning efficiency.In order to reduce the labor intensity of the workers,improve the working environment and improve the cleaning efficiency,in this paper,the negative pressure pneumatic conveying system is studied and applied to the production of the prebaked anode workshop.The main contents and results of this study are as follows:(1)First,the composition and type of the pneumatic conveying system are studied and explained,and the characteristics of various system types are analyzed in this paper.Then,based on the prebaked anode baking workshop of a carbon electrode plant in Jiaozuo,and according to the field conditions,a negative pressure pneumatic conveying system is designed for prebaked anode baking workshop,the main components of the system are analyzed and determined.(2)According to the known conditions,the theoretical calculation of the negative pressure pneumatic conveying system is carried out,and the related parameters of the system operation are determined,including the inner pipe diameter of the suction nozzle,the suspension speed of the calcined coke particles,the air volume required for the system operation,the pressure loss of the system and the power required by the gas source.(3)In order to better understand the movement of calcined coke particles in the conveying pipe,the gas-solid two phase motion of calcined coke particles in the conveying pipe is simulated,the velocity and concentration distribution of gas-solid two-phase in the conveying pipe are obtained.Then,the effects of inlet gas velocity and particle size on material delivery are studied respectively,it is found that when the diameter of pipe remained unchanged,the velocity of material increased with the increase of inlet gas velocity,and decreased with the increase of particle size.(4)Finally,after installing and debugging the system,the problems of clogging and the incomplete absorption of materials are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are put forward,so as to ensure the efficient transportation of materials.
