In modern tea packaging plant, the way of the solid materials machinery transport has been unable to meet the demand of producing food safety and health increasingly. The application of tea material conveying system base of dilute-phase pneumatic conveying technology on the one aspect improved the efficiency of the materials transportation, and on the other aspect guaranteed the products safety and health. The distributed and centralized controlled vacuum conveying system increased equipment capacity utilization, reduced the equipment investment, and optimized the management and operation. There are not the advantages in the traditional mechanical transmission. The paper synthesized the design of tea plant material conveying system and load testing. Studied the application of dilute-phase pneumatic conveying technology on broken tea transmission and carried out the vacuum conveying equipment selection design. Tea packaging plant through the use of dilute-phase pneumatic conveying technology, improved efficiency of the tea material transmission, reduced the labor intensity, reduced dust pollution on the operating environment of the plant and the opportunity of product contamination by foreign substances to ensure the product health and safety. The conveying system met the design requirement totally.In the paper, a certain teabag manufactory vacuum material conveying system for the object and the research of its design and operation as the following main aspects:1. Briefly analyzed the shortcoming in the current variety way of tea machinery conveying and the advantages in the dilute-phase pneumatic tea conveying. Determined the dilute-phase pneumatic conveying technology to set up tea materials transportation system. Secleted the equipment and confirmed its transportation capacity.2. According to the layout of workshops, designed the technics layout of vacuum conveying system. The vacuum-conveying test base of DCS control system to determine the appropriate equipment parameters.3. Debugged the conveying equipment and designed transmission programming to establish the centralized control of tea vacuum delivery network.4. Through the stress load test, to certify the operational capability of the tea material vacuum conveying system, and gain the summary of conveying course. Proposed the solution of tea material residual problems on the pipeline system.
