China's economy is developing rapidly,and people's standards for the quality of life are improving.Urbanization is developing rapidly.In tend to be a relatively fixed mode,under the condition of land use transition is an important breakthrough,the urbanization level,national spatial function,ecological environment and effective utilization of land,has certain influence also indirectly driven factors related to the optimal development and promote the urbanization construction,therefore,to realize reasonable utilization of land resources and urbanization level high coordination are important.In Beibei district of Chongqing is located in the hilly area as the study area,under the background of the new urbanization,using 2009,2013,2017,three Beibei district land use data,using ArcGIS,Ucinet software,etc.,combined with the gravity model of land use,land use transfer matrix model and value model,etc.,with the dominant land use function point of view to study the transformation of land use and ecological effect,analysis the characters of land use structure,space transformation,changes of ecosystem service value,etc.,And put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.Research shows that:(1)from 2009 to 2017,the land-use structure of Beibei district changed significantly,which is characterized by agricultural production land and woodland ecological land.Among them,the agricultural production land reduces greatly,the woodland ecology land increases slightly.Urban land for living,land for industrial and mining production and land for ecological use of forest land all increased by different degrees,while rural land for living decreased slightly,and land for other production,grassland and ecological use,other ecological use and water ecological use changed little.From 2009 to 2017,service and other production land and urban living land have the largest dynamic attitude towards single land use.From the perspective of comprehensive land use dynamic attitude,the pace of land use change in Beibei district is gradually slowing down with the passage of time,and the influence of human activities on the land use transformation in the district is gradually decreasing.From 2009 to 2017,the comprehensive index of land use degree increased by 7.09,which indicates that Beibei's development and utilization degree of land is continuously deepening.In 2017,the comprehensive index of land use degree of water and soil town,shijialiang town,caijiagang town and fuxing town increased significantly compared with 2009.From 2009 to 2017,the living land area increased significantly,while the ecological land area increased slightly,while the production land area decreased significantly.From 2009 to 2013,agricultural production land transfer area was the largest,mainly to urban living land transfer.In 2013-2017,the transfer area between different land use types decreased compared with that in 2009-2013,and the transfer area of agricultural production land was still the largest.(2)From 2009 to 2017,except for the southward shift of the center of gravity of service land,other production land,industrial and mining production land,the center of gravity of other functional land all moves northward.The distribution of agricultural production land is relatively balanced,and the spatial distribution imbalance of living land is alleviated to some extent,while the distribution imbalance of ecological land is further aggravated,and the space of industrial and mining production land,service land and other production land is aggravated and then alleviated to some extent.In the south of Beibei district,there is a large change in each functional land use,in which fuxing town,suishui town and caijiagang town present the most significant changes.The main reason is that these three towns have been included in liangjiang new area.At the same time,the land use function transformation of the 14 towns and streets except longfengqiao street in the research area shows a common feature,that is,the land used for living is increased,and the land used for production of the 13 towns and streets except longfengqiao street and tongjiaxi town is reduced to some extent.From 2009 to 2017,Beibei's spatial expansion/contraction change strength is not high,which is in the low speed state.The living function area of this area is further expanded,the scope and quantity of production land are obviously changing in each period,the area of which is mainly concentrated in the southeast of Beibei district,while the change of ecological land is not regular in each period,and the change range is wide and sporadic.(3)From 2009 to 2017,the value of Beibei's ecosystem services declined,which is mainly due to the fact that Beibei is vigorously developing its economy.With the continuous expansion of its built-up area,it is inevitable to occupy some farmland.From the perspective of the whole research stage,the decrease of the overall ecological service value is mainly caused by the conversion of farmland to construction land.Although the proportion of the value of ecological services varies in different regions,the composition structure is relatively stable.Among them,the value of forest land ecological services is the largest,the value of construction land ecological services is the smallest,and the value of other land ecological services is in order from small to large: unused land,grassland,water body and farmland.From the perspective of space,the overall spatial pattern of Beibei district is basically stable,presenting the characteristics of spatial distribution of high value of ecosystem services in northeast,low value in central and western and low value in southeast.Among them,the high ESV area is mainly distributed in jindaoxia town.Low ESV districts are mainly distributed in caijiagang town,fuxing town and beiwenquan.From the perspective of time and space,the high ESV district in Beibei district is stable.The value level of ecological service in four towns is declining,two high ESV districts are transformed into the middle ESV district,and two middle ESV districts are transformed into the lower ESV district.During the study period,the sensitivity index of the ecological service value of unused land,grassland,construction land,water body,farmland and woodland is all less than 1,and the sensitivity index of the unused land and grassland is close to 0.According to the analysis of value change rate,the variation index of woodland and water is larger than 1,which is significant for the total value of the ecosystem services in Beibei district.Therefore,protecting woodland and water is of great significance.
