This paper investigate the dispersion of graphene in aluminium matrix, studies the influence of hot pressing temperature on the dispersion of graphene in hot pressing sintering process, studies the effects of carbonization temperature and reduction temperature on the adhesion of copper nanoparticles on the surface of graphene respectively. The microstructure and properties of the prepared materials were characterized by metallographic microscope, microhardness tester, tensile testing machine, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectrometer and other testing equipment. In the hot pressing sintering system, the holding temperature is 640-790?,and the interval between each variable is 10?,the intensity of pressure is 22 MPa.The results show that: graphene mainly distributes at grain boundaries at 640?;graphene disperses in the aluminium matrix without obvious agglomeration at 650? and 660?;graphene agglomerates in the aluminium matrixat 670 and 680 C;graphene regionalization occurs in the aluminium matrix at 690-750?,and graphene enrichment zone concentrates in the middle of the sample and the rest of the sample. The domain is graphene depletion zone, and graphene aggregates form defects in aluminium matrix at 760-790?.In the experimental system of graphene modification, the carbonization temperature is 500?,550? and 600?,and the reduction temperature is 800?,850?,900?,950? and 1000?.The results show that in the system of copper chloride and graphene,non-in-situ reduction occurs at 500?,and the reduced copper ions cann't adhere to the surface of graphene well;in the system of copper chloride and glucose, when the carbonization temperature is 500?,occurs the high temperature carbonization of glucose to form amorphous carbon, and the copper nanoparticles reduced by copper chloride can well adhere to the amorphous carbon layer; In the systems of glucose/cupric chloride/graphene,the carbonization of glucose was carried out at 500?,and the complete reduction of copper chloride was completed by higher temperature.Under the action of amorphous carbon generated by glucose, copper nanoparticles could welladhere to the surface of graphene and complete the modification of graphene.Modified graphene exhibits good dispersion in aluminium matrix.
