Thermometal metal wall full capacity LNG tank is a tank type with a volume of 10,000 to 20,000 m3 developed in recent years.In this paper,by using ANSYS software,simulation and analysis of the three different bimetallic full capacity of the tank wall structure type LNG storage tank under normal conditions and the inner pot leakage of the tank wall under the condition of temperature field distribution,analyzes the three different types of storage tank in cold shock conditions of temperature and stress.According to the structure of the storage tank,from the analysis on heat transfer theory,analyzes the tank of the tank wall heat transfer process,calculate the three types of tank roof,wall and bottom heat leakage,and analyze the results,show that it is concluded that the tank bottom heat leakage accounted for half the total heat leakage of the tank,including time minimal heat storage tank leakage container structure.Using ANSYS software,using the workbench platform to build 10000 m3 finite element model of a quarter part of three types of LNG storage tanks,firstly analysis the three tank under normal conditions of temperature field of tank,found tank container structure containing time than other two types of the structure of the storage tank to reduce tank corner heat insulating layer.The study on the temperature change of the insulation layer and the outer tank wall under the leakage condition of the storage tank indicates that the dual-metal fullcapacity LNG storage tank with secondary container has the best cooling and insulation effect after the leakage of LNG.
