Liquefied natural gas,LNG as a new type of clean energy, environmental protection no pollution, high calorific value, burning not only cheap, and the world abundant, low production cost, application prospects are very broad.LNG storage tank as a kind of important structure form of LNG storage equipment, especially the safety of large LNG storage tanks, relates to the strategic energy reserves in our country, concerning the development of China's natural gas industry is stable.LNG receiving station, mostly in the coastal economically developed, densely populated regions,in the event of disasters such as leakage, will produce an immeasurable loss. This paper mainly adopts the method of combining experiment and numerical simulation based on the characteristics of LNG storage tank leakage, leakage experiments using-196?low temperature liquid nitrogen, carrying on fluid-solid and thermal-solid coupling simulation analysis on the experimental structure with the help of ANSYS Workbench15.0,obtaining the temperature field and stress field on the experimental structure, compared with the experimental results analysis,to validate the numerical simulation accuracy of leakage process, dynamic simulation of LNG storage tanks leakage process, mainly researching temperature field and stress field of thermal protection angle and LNG storage outer tank on the early leakage, get change rule of the temperature field and stress field of the outer tank and the thermal protection angle at the beginning of the LNG storage tank leakage. This paper mainly studies three aspects of content is as follows:(1)In this paper, according to the characteristics of the LNG storage tank model of160000 m3,the independent innovation experimental leakage heat preservation equipment made, simplifying the structural mechanics model, according to the theoretical calculation formula of our country GB50010-2010Code for design of concrete structures and related regulations to carry on the design, carry out the theoretical calculation design, building prestressed concrete experimental structure to make 304 white steel storage tank leakage.According to characteristic of leak experiment, experiment structure of the prestressed arrangement, the simulation experimental project of LNG leakage in a relatively safe-196?liquid nitrogen to replace-162?of liquefied natural gas(LNG)is made, reasonable arrangement of temperature sensor and strain gauge measuring point,real-time detection of prestressed structure experiment measuring point temperature and stress changes.(2)According to the experiment scheme and experimental real-time detecting the liquid nitrogen leakage and leakage of liquid surface height change, using C language to write control leakage of liquid nitrogen and liquid level real-time detection program,ANSYS Workbench 15.0 simulating leakage analysis experiments of the structure of the temperature field and stress field, analyzing the law of change, through the simulation data and experimental data analysis, experiment method and the simulation analysis method got the mutual authentication, fitting and formula, get the temperature relation formula.(3)This paper uses low temperature leak experiment simulation method, and uses ANSYS Workbench 15.0 simulation analysis of leak condition 160000m~3 LNG storage tank inside and outside temperature difference of the summer of the average temperature under the condition of different leakage hole area and height to the influence of the temperature field and stress field in the process of dynamic leakage and find its rule, analysis at different time and leak leakage liquid level height on the influence of the change of the temperature field and stress field.
