Thermal oil recovery is the main method of heavy oil production.The heat transfer medium mostly uses steam,which is divided into superheated steam,dry saturated steam and wet saturated steam.The steam used in thermal recovery is wet saturated steam,that can call wet steam.Wet steam belongs to gas-liquid two-phase flow,and its dry degree and flow measurement are the difficult points in the measurement field.Wet steam dryness and flow directly affect the steam injection effect.So this paper designs a system that can realize accurate measurement of wet steam dryness and flow.Heating method in thermodynamics was applied in metering wet steam dryness,designed a new type of double insulation heating device,outer for insulation,inner for heating,solve the traditional heating method due to excessive heat loss caused by the wet steam dryness measurement inaccurate problem.Using differential pressure method to measure wet steam flow.On the basis of temperature and pressure compensation wet steam density,adopted formula of dry degree of wet steam and the coupling solution to improve the measurement accuracy of wet steam flow.Establishing system measurement model,carrying out the sensitivity analysis of the acquisition parameters in the measurement model,and studying the influence and trend of the change on the measurement results.Developed measuring system is studied in laboratory and field,the results of data analysis,get the average flow metering error keep within 4%,average dryness measurement error within 6%.The use of wet steam online measurement system can help solve the problem of the steam in oil field,accurately grasp the thermal efficiency of steam injection,control costs of steam injection,provide technical support to promote the digital oilfield construction.
