| Liner hanger is a key device for liner cementing.Based on its functional requirements,the research status and development trend at home and abroad are analyzed.The mechanical structure design,parameter design,suspension mechanics and key components of the hydraulic linger hanger are concerned.Research on finite element simulation and other aspects has been conducted.1.Determined the system composition and functional characteristics of the hydraulic throw-off rotary liner hanger,and plotted its CAD engineering drawing.The parameters of the main components of the hanger were calculated and designed for the mechanical structure design of the hanger.2.The mechanical characteristics of the hanging part of the hydraulic tailpipe hanger were studied,and a mechanical model was established,including the force analysis of the upper casing of the suspension part,the analysis of the slip bearing force and the force analysis of the hanger body.Example calculations;For the structural design of the hanger slip half cone angle is 6.5 °,double cone double row structure can significantly improve the suspension carrying capacity;In addition,the failure of the hanger is briefly analyzed.3.Based on the mechanical design of the hydraulic drop-handling rotary hanger,the three-dimensional PROE design software was used to establish the physical model of the main components of the tool.The numerical analysis was performed using the finite element method to obtain the key components of the hanger during the loading process.The stress and deformation distribution trends in the main component simulation results meet the strength design requirements under the cantilever load.The analysis results have a certain guiding effect on the optimal design and application of the tool. |
