Rubber oil is a kind of raw material having extensive applications,it is now required to be more eco-friendly to protect the environment and our health.On account of the yield of eco-friendly rubber oil just between 20%30%,a new method which can improve its yield definitely plays a major role in its processing.This dissertation trys to lift the production's yield above 30%by using water as a co-solvent in the course of solvent extraction of furfural extracted oil,and then build a cross-current extraction model and a counter-current extraction model separately to give some instruction for its processing in the factory.This dissertation would study the influence the furfural-oil-water ratio and extraction times does to the yield,polyaromatics content?PCA?and eight polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons?PAHs?content of raffinate oil by using the feedstock furfural extracted oil from Fushun Petrochemical Company,PetroChina and furfural as main solvent,with water as co-solvent.The research shows that water content has little influence on raffinate's PCA and PAHs content when its content in furfural is within 1%to 2%,but it does improve the yield a lot after more water is added.From the results it was found that the better condition is extracting twice under the furfural-oil-water ratio of 2.5:1:0.025.The yield,PCA content,total PAHs content and BaP content of raffinate under this condition is 33.61%,2.04%,8.12?g·g-1 and 0.83?g·g-1 separately.Besides,a correlation was established between raffinate's PCA content and hydrocarbon group composition,which is proved a good accuracy in calculating the PCA content of the raffinate oils.A cross-current extraction model was built by using a software combination of Materials Studio,Sigma-average,COSMO-SAC-VT-2005 and Aspen Plus V9.Most of the cross-current's simulated results are in good accordance with the experimental results,especially the PCA and total PAHs content,the deviations of which are just10.50%and 7.07%.By changing the cross-current process into counter-current process,a counter-current extraction model was established.The better extraction condition in counter-current simulation is extracting of four stages under the furfural-oil-water ratio of 2.0:1:0.04,giving the yield,PCA content,total PAHs content and BaP content of raffinate under this condition is 45.33%,0.68%,3.39?g·g-1 and 0.69?g·g-1separately.Besides,acquiring the extraction rate of PCA and PAHs content and the qualified feedstock's boundary value of them under 25 extraction stages by calculating the figures in the counter-current simulation.
