Aromaticity extraction callld liquid-liquid extraction also is one of theimportant unit operations in the liquid mixture separation. In thePetro-Chemical field ,solvent extraction has been used to separate andpurify organic compounds.With the progression of high-scientifictechnology,the base and applied study of solvent extraction is developingto other field. In refining oil industry,solvent extraction technique is usedto crude oil pre-treat, desulfrize, denitrogenize and refining coarsematerial in addition to refining lubricating base oil and aromaticityextraction.This method has less equipment investment and operating costand higher quality compared to other method with good prospect. In ourcountry, solvent extraction technique has been applied to other field andsome of them were used in industry.The new improvement of solventextraction techniques in producing lubricating oil , refining oil and deepprocess were described in this paper on basis of which the possibility oflubricating oil furfural extract liquid refining furfural extract oil andseparating heavy aromatic from catalytic cracking recycle oil werestudied ,and the benefit in devoloping the solvent refining technique inimproving the quality of oil and combining it with other plant at presentwere discussed too.
