With the national attention on water pollution,the standards for external drainage of petrochemical enterprises are becoming more and more strict.This article starts from sulfur-containing waste water which is the source of nitrogen pollutants in petrifaction enterprises,to improve the efficiency of the single stripping,decrease the concentration of ammonia nitrogen,and relieve the pressure of follow-up biochemical treatment,as to achieve the effluent standards of water ammonia nitrogen concentration.The main content of this paper includes three aspects.Firstly,this research monitored the wastewater of the petrochemical company,and obtained the nitrogen balance diagram of the plant to find the source of nitrogen pollutants.Then,through experimental analysis to find the main influencing factor of the denitrification efficiency of the stripper is anion.The effect anion was weakened by adding alkali.When too much alkali is added,the effect on denitrification efficiency is small.In addition,five surfactants are tested for distilled ammonia efficiency,and it is found that the effect is best when saponin is added.Finally,the Aspen Plus simulation shows that the feed temperature and pressure have little effect in the production process.When 10% NaOH solution was added and control the mass flow rate of 200 kg/h,the ammonia nitrogen content of purified water decreased by 21%.Adding surfactant can improve the board efficiency to more effectively improve the water quality of the treated water.When indirect steam heating is replaced by direct steam heating,in order to get the same denitrification effect,it is reduced the amount of steam used by 12% but increased the displacement by 11%.In summary,adding lye and surfactants or conversing the single stripping to direct steam heating can improve the quality of the treated water and can facilitate further processing to meet the effluent standards.
