| As the essential and high-frequency needed products in people’s daily lives, the market demand and supply volume of fresh products keep increasing year by year.In pace with the rapid development of the new retail model with consumers as the core, the distribution of fresh products gradually shows the development trend of small batches and multiple batches.Under this development background, major e-commerce and retail enterprises are accelerating the new retail layout, and continuously integrating multi-level distribution resources such as supply sources, distribution centers, and retail stores to optimize the distribution network to meet distribution needs. In addition,in the urban development situation where traffic congestion and environmental pollution are becoming more and more serious, the optimization of distribution network should not only meet the consumer demand, but also fully integrate distribution resources such as facilities, vehicles and devices to save energy and reduce emissions, and decrease distribution costs. In this context, based on the location-routing problem,a multi-objective location-routing problem model with time window is constructed in this paper.Through the quantitative expression of customer satisfaction, distribution costs and carbon emissions, the optimization problem of fresh products distribution network under the new retail background is studied.Firstly, through the combing of domestic and foreign research results, the research status of fresh products distribution optimization,location-routing problem and customer satisfaction of logistics distribution are summarized. In the large number of researches about fresh products distribution network optimization,it is found that there are few studies on location-routing problem with time window in fresh products distribution network optimization. At the same time,in the existing optimization researches about distribution network, distribution cost is the single objective of the model,or the multi-objective model is transformed into a single-objective model. On the foundation of these studies, this paper proposes a study on the location-routing problem of fresh products distribution under the new retail background.Secondly, the structure of fresh products distribution network under the new retail background is sorted out by studying the characteristics of the fresh products distribution network, and then the optimization scope of the distribution network between the regional distribution center and the retail terminal is clarified.Thirdly, based on the fresh products distribution network under the new retail background, this paper quantitatively expresses customer satisfaction from two aspects: service time and product quality.Furthermore, considering the environmental pollution caused by distribution and transportation, this paper takes carbon emissions as the optimization objective function on the basis of minimizing distribution costs and maximizing customer satisfaction, and constructs a multi-objective location-routing problem model with time window, which takes into account the customer service benefits, economic benefits and environmental benefits.Fourthly, through the brief overview of multi-objective problem and multi-objective optimization algorithm, this paper proposes an improved NSGA-Ⅲ algorithm for solving the multi-objective location-routing problem model with time window based on the standard NSGA-Ⅲ algorithm.Fifthly,in order to verify the effectiveness of the improved NSGA-Ⅲ algorithm,on the basis of the Cordeau dataset, many sets of test examples are designed for the multi-objective location-routing problem model. The good performance of the improved algorithm is verified by comparing and analyzing the results of the standard NSGA-Ⅲ algorithm and the improved NSGA-Ⅲ algorithm. Then, the model is solved and analyzed by input of different model parameters to test the stability of the model solution. Finally, the validity of the model is verified by an example. |
