At present,energy shortage and environmental damage are becoming more and more serious.Recently visible light has attracted people's attention because of its rich,environment friendly and easy access.It has also been applied in the chemical field.Due to the advantages of mild reaction conditions,simple operation,high efficiency and non-toxicity,visible light photocatalysis has attracted more and more attention.On the other hand,the wide application of organic fluorides in the field of medicine and biology has prompted people to develop new methods for the fluoroalkylation.If we combine the two methods to develop visible-light photocatalytic fluoroalkylation reaction,it will have certain significance and value in medicine and biology.The first chapter is the literature review of visible photocatalytic fluoroalkylation.Fluoroalkylation has been widely used in organic synthesis,but the research on visible light photocatalysis has just got some results.This chapter mainly deals with the research progress of fluoroalkylation under visible light photocatalysis in recent years.At the same time,the idea of studying more general double bond fluoroalkylation reaction was germinated.In the second chapter,under the irridation of visible light,Ir?ppy?3-catalyzed coupling reaction of?-oxyketene dithioacetals with ethyl bromidedifluoroacetate or Umemoto reagent was studied,which gave the fluoroalkylated?-oxyketene dithioacetals in moderate to good yields.And the fluoroalkylated?-oxyketene dithioacetals could be used as a good intermediate to provide fluorine substituents in organic synthesis.Boric acid and borate esters are difficult to oxidize in visible-light photocatalysis system.There are very limited reports in visible-light photocatalysis,but also have great research significance.The third chapter is the application of Morita-Baylis-Hillman adduct derivatives and boric acid or borate esters in organic synthesis.We explored the reaction of aryl boric acid and borate esters with MBHADs under visible light photocatalysis,and the reaction mechanism was proposed.
