Study On Project Management Of Urban River Water Quality Improvement

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of urbanization level,urban population is becoming increasingly dense,resulting in a large number of wastewater and domestic sewage on urban rivers caused varying degrees of pollution.At the same time,with the development of social economy and the development and construction of a large number of land blocks,urban builders mostly adopt bending and canalization projects to river courses,resulting in a simplified River section,flat and hardened river bed surface,and vertical grouting along river banks,greatly reducing the capacity of river to absorb and purify pollutants.Eutrophication,black odor,sharp decrease of biodiversity and monotony of ecosystem have appeared in many urban rivers.Therefore,how to improve the water environment and maintain the coordinated and synchronous development of economy,society and ecology is an urgent task to be solved in today's society.Based on the overview of the research background,significance,domestic and foreign research status,research ideas and methods,this paper determines the necessity of this study,and carries out the concept and function of urban river by using the methods of literature research,case analysis and field investigation,focusing on the ideas of finding problems,putting forward problems and solving problems.This paper introduces the development,concept,connotation,methods and tools of project management,and introduces the water quality improvement project and its characteristics.This paper analyses the actuality of the river water quality improvement project in Yinzhou District,introduces the background,characteristics, organization and construction technology of the project,and expounds the implementation of the project,including safety management,quality management,progress management and cost management.In view of the implementation results of Yinzhou River Water Quality Improvement Project,the existing problems in the organizational structure,quality management,cost management,schedule management and safety management of the project management are put forward.Finally,the suggestions of project management are put forward based on the analysis of the current situation and problems in the previous paper.Through this study,it is found that there are still many problems in the implementation process of Yinzhou River Water Quality Improvement Project.In view of the problems found,only by strengthening the management of all aspects of the project,can we ensure the smooth progress of the project.
