Trichlorosilane is an important raw material for the preparation of polysilicon and silicone monomers.At present,the most important technology for preparing trichlorosilane is cold-hydrogenation.Cold-hydrogenation process using a mixed gas of hydrogen gas and silicon tetrachloride as a chlorinating agent,Reaction temperature,pressure,feed ratio,MG silicon size,and catalysts all influence the reaction process.This article uses the thermodynamic calculation software HSC Chemistry as a tool to analysis of the complex chemical reaction equilibrium of the "Si-H-Cl" ternary system during cold hydrogenation and its influencing factors.By simulating different influencing factors in the reaction process,mainly the reaction equilibrium composition under the conditions of temperature,pressure and feed composition ratio.And got the composition of gas phase equilibrium at different temperatures,pressures,and feed ratios.The desublimation temperature of metal chloride anhydrous aluminum chloride at room temperature was tested by building a small test device.It provides the basis for choosing the best working temperature and anti-clogging for the heat exchanger in the Cold-hydrogenation production process.Finally,through the analysis of the existing cold hydrogenation process,At the same time,based on the company's 240,000 tons/year Cold-hydrogenation production equiment,Analyze and calculate internal thermal energy,It was found that the use of internal heat energy was poor and causing a lot of heat energy to be wasted.Through the optimization of the process,the internal heat energy is fully utilized through the addition of heat exchangers,and the production energy consumption is greatly reduced.This article mainly introduces the basic principles of heat energy recovery and recovery ideas.Through the calculation of heat energy recovery capacity,and through the actual transformation of the actual results collected and compared after analysis,It shows the energy consumption of cold hydrogenation process was reduced clearly and helps to save the cost for the enterprise,while improving the company's core competitiveness.
