With the development of computer technology and the widespread application of production line control technology,technology of production line has become a hot research topic.Using new technology to reduce production costs,improve production efficiency and train new members has become the development trend of processing manufacturing industry.At present,the traditional training mode can not adapt to the training of new members under the new situation,and the current processing technology faces the problems of long development cycle and high cost in the development of new products.With the development and maturity of virtual simulation technology,it provides a new solution to this problem.This virtual simulation system takes the filling beer production line as the research object,uses Unity3 D software as development engine,takes C# language as development language,combines communication technology,parametric modeling method,database technology,human-computer interaction technology,studies and designs the visual virtual simulation platform for the production line.Specifically,it includes the following aspects:(1)The research and development of production line virtual simulation platform is based on the principle of modular.In the paper,It has designed the overall framework of system development,according to the functional requirements,the virtual simulation platform can be divided into four main modules that virtual simulation environment module,three-dimensional equipment library module,interactive control driver algorithm module and communication module.(2)According to the functional requirements of each module,the research and development of each module is carried out,and the development of the four function modules,which are virtual simulation environment module,three-dimensional equipment library module,communication module and interactive control driver algorithm module,is realized.In the paper,these have been realized that the establishment of mechanical equipment model,threedimensional equipment library,real-time communication between external controller and virtual simulation platform,model Picking Based on mouse events and perspective change are realized.(3)The modeling of typical control equipment on production line was created,it analyzes the movement behavior of equipment,and uses mathematical models such as motion trajectory equation to express.According to the triggering condition and behavior of the device,this paper defines the PLC program control of input ports,and uses C# script program to create the behavior model of the device.(4)The development of virtual simulation platform faced to the 3D virtual production line is completed,and the virtual simulation platform is verified through running examples.A beer filling production line was built,the PLC control program was edited,and ADO.Net database access technology was used to read the input and output port information and behavior model script files of each mechanical equipment model on the production line.The whole production line behavior model C# script control program was configured,and the information list of PLC control ports was generated at the same time,which realized the control of the operation of the beer filling production line by PLC.The virtual simulation system of numerical control machine constructed through the above-mentioned combination has good real-time rendering,human-computer interaction and three-dimensional graphics display functions.
