The layout of production line and simulation technology play an important role in the early stage of design. With the development of science and technology, manufacturing system becomes more complex. What's more, the fierce competition shortens the production design cycle. So the production line design in manufacturing is of great significance. Through the visual simulation of preliminary design of the production line and optimization of the simulation results, the design cycle will be shortened, and also blind investment will be avoided by enterprises. This thesis analyzed the overall modular framework of malt production line design system. And production line layout virtual simulation technology has been studied by an object-oriented simulation model in order to simulate the actual production, analysis and optimize malt production line layout.In the field of production line design, the layout and logistics system load balance will directly affect the production efficiency and product quality of the production line.Therefore, research in this area is very necessary. And in the early design of the production line, it is difficult to make right evaluation of the design, so it is necessary to testify the design before production via the object-oriented simulation technology.This paper chose malt production line as its object. While focusing on the process planning and equipment selection, layout design, and logistics simulation, it designs and develops malt production line layout simulation design system which allows companies to quickly complete the selection of equipment so as to improve the capabilities and efficiency of the design, and ultimately to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.The main contents are the followings(1) First of all, the thesis analyzed the status of domestic and foreign production line design and simulation technologies, and elaborated the existing Problems in malt production line design.(2) Then the thesis addressed the above problems and came up with research programs of malt production line design and simulation system. It also designed the framework of design layout and modular simulation system. Then each module in the system was analyzed thus completing the process planning and equipment selection of malt production line to make the module design. 3DMax software would be used in malt production line virtual display to show the preliminary design effects.(3) Finally, using the Plant Simulation software for malt production line simulation to analyze and testify the logistics balance of production line Also the production line equipment utilization, production capacity will be analyzed.This paper mainly focused on the process planning, equipment selection and layout of malt production line to create a three-dimensional virtual scene of malt production line.By applying the simulation technology to simulate object-oriented actual production operation status, it analyzed and improved the design...
