| The non-metallic part of the Printed Circuit Board(PCB)is mainly composed of thermosetting resin and glass fiber,which is difficult to recycle and is usually directly incinerated or landfilled.In this paper,nanomaterials(graphene oxide(GO),carbon nanotubes(CNT),nano-graphite)were loaded on the waste PCB non-metallic powder(NWPCB),and polypropylene(PP)was used as the matrix to prepare composite materials.The waste PCB non-metallic powder(NWPCB)/GO composite was first prepared and characterized.The results show that the introduction of GO can effectively enhance the mechanical properties of the composite,especially in terms of impact properties.After the NWPCB powder is modified with n-hexanoic acid and silane coupling agent KH570,it is loaded with GO,finally filled with PP,and mixed with other processing aids to prepare composite materials.The impact strength,tensile strength and flexural strength of the composite.It reached 9.12KJ/m2,26.96 MPa and 54.05 MPa respectively,which was directly used for the preparation of composite materials,which increased by 35.9%,14.9% and 27.3%respectively.Compared with pure PP materials,the bending performance improved by61.7.%.In terms of bending performance,the composite material obtained by using only the acrylic acid modified and loaded with GO also has a large improvement,reaching 50.22 MPa.The NWPCB powder-loaded CNT series was used to prepare composites and characterized.The experimental results are similar to the preparation of the composite after the NWPCB powder is loaded with GO.The best performance of the composite material is also the composite material prepared by loading the CNTs after the powder is first modified with n-hexanoic acid and silane coupling agent KH570.The impact strength,tensile strength and flexural strength of the composite were 8.25 KJ/m2,28.03 MPa and 47.72 MPa,respectively.Compared with the composite materials prepared by directly filling the NWPCB powder without treatment,the increase was 23.0% and 19.5%,respectively.And 12.4%.However,the composite material is slightly smaller in impact properties and bending properties than the composite material prepared by loading GO.The composite material was prepared and characterized by NWPCB powder-loaded nano-graphite series.The experimental results show that the NWPCB powder is modified by n-hexanoic acid and silane coupling agent KH570 and loaded with nano-graphite.The performance of the composites is better than that of the nano-graphite series.The impact strength,tensile strength and flexural strength are respectively 8.02KJ/m2,28.05 MPa and50.18 MPa,compared with NWPCB powder directly filled with PP composite materials,increased by 19.5%,19.6% and 18.2%. |
