Environmental vibration energy harvesting is an enabling technology to solve the constraints that electronic equipment such as wireless intelligent network terminals,wearable intelligent equipment which urgently need long life,small volume and low cost micro-power.How to achieve efficient acquisition and conversion of environmental vibration energy is the main problem in the practical application of environmental vibration energy harvester.In order to improve the output performance of piezoelectric vibration energy harvester,article researches on the trapezoidal cantilever beam energy harvester,which has important scientific value and urgent background needs.Based on the analysis of key technology of energy harvesters,trapezoidal cantilever beam is proposed to replace rectangular one in the traditional piezoelectric vibration energy harvester to improve the axial stress distribution on the surface of the cantilever beam and the efficiency of energy acquisition and conversion.The axial stress distribution on the surface of trapezoidal cantilever beam and rectangular cantilever beam is compared and analyzed.A lumped parameter theoretical model of piezoelectric energy collector for trapezoidal cantilever beam is established.Based on the requirement of practical application,the main technical specifications of piezoelectric vibration energy harvester are put forward.The influence of geometric dimensions of components on output performance of the device is analyzed by ANSYS finite element simulation software.The prototypes of trapezoidal cantilever piezoelectric vibration energy collector based on PVDF film are designed and developed.The test method of trapezoidal beam prototypes is searched,and the corresponding test platform is built.The test result shows that the resonant frequency of the prototype based on trapezoidal cantilever beam is 25.5 Hz,the voltage is 57.5 V,the power is 38.1?W,and the output power density of the device is 758.36?W.cm-3.g-2 under 0.2 g acceleration,which are34.98%6.48%and 8.52%higher than that of the traditional rectangular cantilever beam prototype under the same size frame respectively.The main work of this article are listed:?1?The research progress,existing problems and solutions of vibration energy harvester based on environmental vibration energy were studied,and the research target and contents of the article were confirmed.?2?The programme that replacing rectangular cantilever beam in traditional piezoelectric vibration energy harvester by trapezoidal one was proposed.The axial stress distribution of trapezoidal cantilever beam and rectangular cantilever beam was analyzed and the lumped parameter theoretical model of piezoelectric vibration energy harvester based on trapezoidal cantilever beam was established.?3?Technical specifications of the prototype were put forward based on application requirements.ANSYS finite element simulation model was established,and influences of device geometry size on mechanical and electrical properties were analyzed.Optimal geometry sizes of the device were determined.?4?The prototype of the cantilever beam energy harvester based on PVDF film were fabricated and assembled.The test method of the device was searched,the corresponding test platform was set up and the output performance of the device was tested and analyzed.
