Since the continuous upgrading of the ecological civilization construction in the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics,improving people's literacy of ecological civilization becomes increasingly urgent.Eco-cultural education is an effective way to improve the literacy of ecological civilization and a strategic requirement for the construction of national ecological civilization.The forest park is an excellent place to carry out eco-cultural education because of a large number of concentrated eco-cultural resources.There are 88 city-level or above forest parks with beautiful natural environment and rich ecological resources in Chongqing,most of which are distributed in all functional areas and convenient in transportation and relatively complete in infrastructure.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to construct suitable system of forest park eco-cultural education in Chongqing.Based on domestic and international theory and practice studies,this article put forward the theoretical system and implementation system of forest Park eco-cultural education.Based on the questionnaire survey of the public and forest park managers,this research proposes the development direction and countermeasures of the forest park eco-cultural education in Chongqing by using the SWOT-AHP to analyze the current situation of it.Through the above analysis and research,the content and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the Tbilisi Declaration,Lucas model,environmental literacy and behavioral model and the resource characteristics of forest parks,this paper identifies the principles,objectives,contents and objects of forest park eco-cultural education,and summarizes the ways of it.Through the study of case and practice,this paper establishes an implementation system of forest park eco-cultural education that includes base operation,education approach,interpretive system and educators as the forest park eco-cultural education.(2)Through the questionnaire of the public in Chongqing,the public's participation in eco-cultural education,eco-cultural literacy and demand are analyzed.Based on the survey results of the eco-cultural education of 50 forest parks and the characteristics of forest parks in Chongqing,this paper analyzes the development situation of the eco-cultural education in Chongqing Forest Park,and determine the Influencing factors of it which are advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats by means of SWOT analysis.(3)Then constructing the evaluation index system of AHP,firstly the importance and actual strength of the internal and external influencing factors of the development of forest park eco-cultural education in Chongqing was evaluated by using the method of expert questionnaire survey.Secondly,It calculated the single sort weight of each level index,checked the judgment matrix,and determined the rank weight of each level indicator.Got the actual strength and the rank weight of each level indicator multiplied to obtain the comprehensive strength.Then calculate the overall strength of the matrix between the SWOT groups.The total advantage intensity S is 1.2283,the total disadvantage intensity W is-1.0675,the total opportunity intensity O is 1.0082,and the total threat intensity T is-0.4439.It constructed the four sides of the overall development strategy of forest park eco-cultural education in Chongqing,of which strategic focus is P=(0.1608,0.5643)and strategic strength is 0.5967,and determined the overall strategy development of forest park eco-cultural education in Chongqing based on the data.The results show that the forest park eco-cultural education in Chongqing should be mainly to the SO aggressive strategy,It also need to pay attention to the WO conservative strategy.Finally this paper proposes several specific development strategies.,namely,establishing clear development goals,dividing area and level to carry out educational work,Strengthening policy support,Strengthening staff development and management,Importing Hardware facility construction,Optimizing activities and curriculum design,Paying attention to social innovation,Seeking international cooperation...
