A Study On The Land Ecological Security Evaluation Of Typical Mountain And Canyon Ecologically Fragile Counties

Ecological livability is the most critical factor in Rural Revitalization.Good ecological environment is the biggest advantage and precious wealth of rural areas.The concept of respecting nature,conforming to nature and protecting nature is an organic combination of social and economic development and ecological security.Ecological security is an important prerequisite for the current and long-term development of the national social economy,which seriously affects the national security and people's well-being,and also determines the formulation and implementation of the national strategy.More than 97% of Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County,Kunming City,Yunnan Province,which is located in the middle reaches of Jinsha River,belongs to mountainous area.All towns along the Jinsha River belong to high-altitude mountainous area,with large land slope,fragile ecological environment,poor repairability,poor water and soil conservation function,and severe water and soil loss.At the same time,it belongs to a typical agricultural county.The construction of ecological security is of great importance to the economic and social development of Luquan County And Rural Revitalization Strategy is of great importance.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out land ecological security assessment in combination with the requirements of Rural Revitalization and sustainable development in Luquan County.This paper takes Luquan County as the research object and the township as the evaluation unit.Through a large number of reading land ecological security materials,in-depth summary and analysis of previous research results,clear the connotation of land ecology,through relevant theoretical research,improve the theoretical framework of this paper.This paper introduces and analyzes the natural ecological environment,social and economic development,poverty and land use structure of thestudy area,and understands the basic situation of each township and the existing problems.Through the analysis of the present situation of each township and the selection principle of the index,20 evaluation indexes are selected from the three levels of "ecology,society and economy ",and the construction can reflect them the evaluation index system to study the regional situation.In order to eliminate the influence of subjective level and combine with the actual situation of Luquan county,the entropy method is selected to empower each index,then the land ecological security value of each township is calculated by multi-standard evaluation method,and the evaluation standard grade is established,and each township is divided into different ecological security grades.Based on the systematic analysis of the results of land ecological security rating among the villages and towns in Luquan County,the factors influencing the land ecological security of the villages and towns defined.It provides a reference for the sustainable development of land and the implementation of the next strategy of rural revitalization.
