Abstract/Summary:
In present,natural gas playing the vital role in the economic development of our country,during liquefied natural gas(LNG)is the important part of the upstream-downstream integrated system,LNG refueling station has become the transfer station for reception,storage and distribution of the natural gas,which have complicate structure and flexible operation mode,and that have severe requirement on temperature,pressure,liquid level ect...Based on the inflammable and explosive characteristics of the nature gas,LNG refueling station have severe requirement on the control system.This article investigates on LNG refueling station that gives general design by jointly consideration of the technological process and engineering regulation.Expoliting the ECS-100systrm of SUPCON,this paper investigates the design strategy of this system.Based on the general process of LNG moreover by the general design principle and the characters of the LNG production process control system,this paper designs an Anti-surge controller.Meanwhile,this paper optimally designs the compressor controller by the analysis of surge and similar principle.The paper analyzes the functions of the liquefaction system,tank system,preprocessing system and feedback system.Finally,the paper proposes a realization of LNG production process control system,the paper also considers a safety design of the signal communication.In this article,the control system for the LNG refueling station based on the DCS system is running well,which can meet the demands,this system with the advantage of stable operation;has been completed design and debugging,that has achieved the design goal.
