The living environment of Qinhuangdao city is facing a serious challenge caused by the rapid growth of urban economy and the continuous enrichment of urban solid waste.Efficient disposal of domestic waste is conducive to the sustainable development of the city and the recycling of resources.Nowadays,in the process of urban development,Qinhuangdao has regarded the disposal of domestic solid waste as one of the difficult problems.The rapid development of modern logistics has shown that the use of logistics theory to study the flow system of an object plays a very important role in strengthening management and improving economic efficiency.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the logistics network of domestic solid waste in Qinhuangdao city from the perspective of logistics.Firstly,this paper introduces the meaning and characteristics of domestic solid waste logistics in Qinhuangdao urban area,and then analyses the operation status of domestic solid waste logistics network in Qinhuangdao urban area from four logistics nodes: garbage bin collection point cleaning,garbage collection station collection,compression transfer station treatment,power plant incineration and power generation,as well as the transportation process between the nodes,and finds that with the increasing of waste,the operation status of domestic solid waste logistics network in Qinhuangdao urban area is analyzed.Many aspects of the network system need to be improved in the process of operation.Then,on the basis of extensive collection of relevant data and geographic location maps of waste generation in Qinhuangdao City,the garbage generation in the next 10 years in Qinhuangdao City is predicted by grey model,which points out the direction for improving the logistics network of solid waste in Qinhuangdao City.Finally,on the basis of the previous analysis,through the rational use of existing garbage compression transfer stations,and with the help of simulated annealing algorithm,three alternative points of garbage compression transfer stations issued by the Urban Construction Bureau were optimized and solved.The better location of garbage compression transfer stations was selected,and the flow distribution of garbage collection stations,the arrangement of vehicles among logistics gathering points and transportation times were planned and adjusted.In order to improve the logistics network of domestic solid waste in Qinhuangdao city,some problems were discussed.This paper solves the problem of garbage detention by increasing garbage collection points,solves the problem of saturation of transfer capacity of compression transfer stations in the current situation by adding garbage compression transfer stations,and solves the problem of low utilization rate of vehicles by adjusting the arrangement of vehicles and the number of transportation between logistics gathering points.Finally,the improvement of Qinhuangdao municipal solid waste logistics network was realized,and the waste disposal efficiency of Qinhuangdao municipal was improved.
