Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Classification And Treatment Of Urban Domestic Waste In China

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the urbanization process has been accelerated and the living standard of the people has been further improved.In order to meet the growing material needs of the people,the variety of goods is becoming more and more diverse.,as opposed to a variety of goods is used and after consumption,living garbage produced also increased year by year,many cities have even appeared the phenomenon of garbage siege,obviously,urban living garbage has become a large and medium-sized cities in China need to solve the immediate problem.At present,ecological environment protection by the state and the public attaches great importance to and attention,and China's big population base,per capita resource value position in the world,maximize the garbage harmless and resources,is to protect the environment and is the effective means to solve the limited resources.This paper focuses on the problems existing in the classification of urban household garbage classification,and USES literature analysis and case analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods,to our country existing legal system of urban living garbage classification,management regulations and implementation present situation analysis,find out the obstacles to classify the urban living garbage recycling problem,in the analysis and summary of urban living garbage classification treatment in developed countries,on the basis of effective experience,in this paper,the problems existing in the treatment of urban living garbage classification in China put forward the reasonable countermeasures.To solve the urban environment deteriorating,lack of resources at the same time,the problem of urban living garbage is increasing year by year,the most effective way is to control waste at source by on the way,to do a good job of garbage classification.Classified garbage on the source of life,both is advantageous to the garbage disposal,reduce the secondary pollution of urban environment,also is an important means of maximizing waste resource,but also to realize the sustainable development and recycling economy,promote the construction of ecological civilization of the necessary measures.Based on the concept of urban living garbage and the theory of ecological civilization construction,this paper summarizes the ways,advantages and classification standards of urban life garbage classification.Through the analysis of chongqing city life garbage classification processing situation and effective in developed countries in urban living garbage classification processing experience,find out the problems existing in the treatment of urban living garbage classification in China,and makes a detailed analysis on it.Finally,according to the actual situation of Chinese cities,the paper puts forward some Suggestions for urban garbage classification.
