At present,the fourth industrial revolution on a global scale has quietly emerged,and technological innovation has become a core element of global strategic deployment.As a nationally indispensable technical strategic basic material,rare metals are also the future of technological development.The joint scientific and technological research carried out by relevant institutions in various countries has begun to bear fruit,but how to complete the strategy of sustainable development of technological innovation in the future?how to accelerate the transformation of basic scientific and technological research results into the market and how to explore possible technological development points in the future have become a common need for the world to jointly overcome.Therefore,this paper selects platinum-based alloys in high-grade materials of rare metals as the main research object.According to patents in the field of platinum alloy catalysis and information function,it will explore the patent structure and semantic rules,and extract technology/efficiency keywords based on TRIZ theory;Using the technology named word2 vec to construct the keyword correlation matrix with K-means clustering rules,which eventually will create feature word clusters and build a technical power matrix skeleton;Finally,the specific patent data information is filled,which means that the construction of the multi-dimensional technical-technology map is completed.On this basis,in-depth analysis of the specific content of patent visualization,such as multi-dimensional technical power map,patent life cycle,patent application hotspots and key patent holders and other key technical innovation information such as hot spots,blank spots and technological evolution paths,can effectively explore platinum-based Technology Opportunities in the field of alloys.The identification of Technology Opportunities can promote the effective transformation of technological innovation forms and provide guiding suggestions for the future development of potential R&D subjects.At the same time,it will also promote the integration of resource advantages of the platinum-based alloy industry,and provide innovative opportunities for China to seize strategic resources.This research method can also provide a reference for the exploration methods of future innovation directions.
