At present,Chinese precision self-lubricating spherical plain bearings products mainly rely on import,especially in the research and manufacture of the integral outer ring self-lubricating spherical plain bearings technology.One of the central bottlenecks in the manufacture of integral outer ring self-lubricating spherical plain bearings is the precision forming process.The point for the process quality is to improve the forming quality of the inner surface of the bearing outer ring,to reduce the pressing force between the inner and outer rings,and form a uniform clearance and high precision spherical surface.Especially for the precision forming of large-diameter self-lubricating spherical plain bearings,the forming force is large during the forming process,and the frictional force is also large under the same lubrication conditions.The change of friction has a great influence on the forming precision of large-diameter self-lubricating spherical plain bearings,and it also has a great influence on the life of the mold.Therefore,the extrusion technology of the squeezed by cone hole to outer ring of large diameter self-lubricating spherical plain bearings with medium proposed in this paper has important research value.The specific content of this article is:Frist,the status quo of research and application of the manufacturing process of the outer ring type self-lubricating spherical plain bearings at home and abroad is expounded and analyzed.The concept of "non-binding surface orientation forming" is expounded.The outer ring taper based on the principle of "non-binding surface orientation forming" is analyzed.Based on the theory of cold extrusion forming,the forming characteristics of the outer ring taper extrusion forming process based on the principle of "non-binding surface orientation forming" were analyzed.The influence of lubrication conditions on forming precision,metal flow,forming force and mold force was analyzed.Then,outer ring blank structure has be designed for large diameter self-lubricating joint bearings.Through the numerical simulation and single factor analysis method,the law of influence which different lubrication conditions and its instability for the forming quality of the joint bearing and the metal flow during the forming process and the force ofthe mold and the required forming force was analyzed.In addition,according to the principle of "non-constrained surface orientation forming",a large-diameter self-lubricating spherical plain bearings outer ring extrusion forming process with medium is proposed,and two process schemes are given.Compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two process schemes by numerical simulation and select one of the better schemes;At list,the numerical simulation analysis and optimization of the extrusion process with slotted media ring are worked,and two solutions are proposed for the process defects of the slotted media ring.The influence law of each structure size parameter of the slotted medium ring on the force of the medium ring itself during the forming process is analyzed,and further analysis is carried out by orthogonal analysis.
