The submersible linear motor used in oil production can meet the requirements of high efficiency and low energy consumption, and completely get rid of the complex mechanical transmission process and the laying process of the ground foundation of the traditional beam-pumping machine. Therefore, the research on the performance of the submersible linear motor for oil production has practical significance in theory and engineering application. The connection structure of stator unit and stator unit of submersible linear motor for oil production is designed, and the welding tool for stator unit connection is designed. The structure and the tool are beneficial to improve the coaxiality and straightness of stator.Using ANSYS Maxwell software,three-dimensional modeling of submersible linear motor for oil production is carried out and its thrust curve and radial unbalanced electromagnetic tension curve with time are obtained. The thrust curve and radial unbalanced electromagnetic tension curve with time are calculated when coaxiality error exists between stator and stator of submersible linear motor for oil production.Using ANSYS Workbench software, the natural frequencies and corresponding vibration modes of submersible linear motor are obtained by modal analysis, and the influence of different structural size parameters on the natural frequencies is analyzed;the transient analysis is carried out to obtain the influence curve of unbalanced electromagnetic tension on the mover, and finally the influence curve of coaxiality error on the mover is obtained. And the law of change. The finite element software is used to analyze and study the submersible linear motor for oil recovery, which lays a foundation for the future theoretical research and engineering practice.
