Aiming at the problem of strip deviation during the first unwinding process of cold rolling production,a stripline CCD-based strip centering detection and control system was designed from hardware,software and algorithms,including strip steel.Centering detection device and control device.Firstly,the device of strip's center position detector including the linear CCD drive,signal acquisition and binarization,the analog signal and digital output of the detection signal,the signal display and other hardware circuits and optical systems has be designed;The device of strip's center position controller including simple digital interface,analog signal acquisition and output,human-computer interaction interface,serial communication interface and other hardware circuits has be designed;The PCB drawing,welding and debugging has be completed.Secondly,the software of strip's center position detector including the strip alignment CCD drive and detection signal acquisition software,digital-to-analog conversion software,signal display software and infrared light source driver software has be designed;The software of strip's center position controller including the signal acquisition software,signal output software and human-computer interaction software has be designed;The communication software of strip's center position detector and controller has be designed.In the software design,some chips are tested to verify the conversion accuracy.Furthermore,the relationship between the variables of the strip centering system has be analyzed,and the mathematical model of the strip centering system has be established.Combining fractional order control theory,improving Oustaloup operator approximation filtering,fuzzy adaptive control,adding a nonlinear control factor at the same time,a fuzzy adaptive fractional order linear and nonlinear correction algorithm based on improved Oustaloup operator for multi-parameter degrees of freedom is proposed.The simulation results show that the dynamic performance of the designed control algorithm is significantly better than the ordinary PID.It can not only guarantee the optimal trajectory tracking,but also improve the robustness of model uncertainty and transient interference suppression.The system software of strip's center position controller has be designed based on the designed algorithm.Finally,the experiment of strip's center position detector and controller to verify the performance of the developed device.The experiment shows that the developed strip centering detection device has high precision and fast response,which can meet the requirements of strip cold rolling alignment detection.The joint experiment of the double closed-loop strip centering detection device and the control device shows that the maximum adjustment time of the centering position system of the electro hydraulic servo system is 0.4s,the centering position system accuracy is ?0.6mm,and it fully meets the design requirements of centering accuracy less than ?1mm.The developed device of strip's center position detector and controller meet the requirements of design and industrial site.
