This thesis mainly composed of three chapters:The first chapter systematically investigated and summarized the chemical constituents and biological activities of the Albizia plants from 2012 to 2018.The second chapter analyzes the chemical constituents of the branches and leaves of Caesalpinia cucullata.Caesalpinia is mostly distributed in Yunnan Province,India,Nepal,and Sikkim.There are 17 kinds of species in China,14 species have long been used in Chinese traditional medicine to reduce swelling and alleviate pain,to treat rheumatism and inflammatory.Because of the characteristic cassane diterpenoids and homoisoflavonoids,as well as their diverse structures and biological activities,the plants of Caesalpinia have attracted wide attention.By modern chromatographic technology,a total of 21 compounds were obtained from C.cucullata,Their structures were identified to be caesalstilbene A(1),isoliquiritigenin(2),isoliquiritigenin-4-methylether(3),butein(4),3,2?,4?-trihydroxy-4-methoxychalcone(5),2?,4?,4-trihyd-roxy-3?-methoxychalcone(6),7-hydroxy-4?-methoxyflavonone(7),naringenin(8),butin(9),aromadendrin(10),apigenin(11),luteolin(12),5?,8?-epidioxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,22-dien-3?-ol(13),trans-resveratrol(14),3,5-dihydroxybenzaldehyde(15),vanillin(16),protocatechuic acid(17),ethyl gallate(18),gallic acid(19),?-sitosterol(20)and daucosterol(21).Compound 1 was new stilbene,and compounds 2-12 were flavonoids.Except for compounds 8,15,18,19,20 and 21,all the other compounds were isolated from C.cucullata for the first time.In the third chapter the chemical constituents of branches and leaves of Caesalpinia sinensis were studied.C.sinensis is mostly distributed in Guangdong,Guangxi,Yunnan,Guizhou,northern Laos,Myanmar,and northern Vietnam.In order to study the medicinal active components of this plant,by modern chromatographic technology,a total of 20 compounds were obtained from C.sinensis.They were identified to be : 5,7,3',4'-tetrahydroxy-3-methoxyflavone(1),quercetin(2),apigenin(3),luteolin(4),kaempferol-3-O-?-L-rhamnopyranoside(5),erythrodiol(6),pinusolide(7),9?-hydroxy-2?-ethoxyclovane(8),9?-hydroxy-2?-methoxyclov-ane(9),cyperusol C(10),3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)propenal(11a),vanillin(11b),p-hydroxyben-zaldehyde(12),ethyl-3,5-dihydroxy-4-methoxy-benzoate(13),ethyl gallate(14),gallic acid(15),caesaloside A(16),sitoindoside I(17),?-sitosterol(18)and daucosterol(19).Compounds 8 and 16 were new compounds,the other compounds were isolated from C.sinensis for the first time.
