Offshore oil exploitation is the industry with the feature of highrisk,high technology and high investment,facing the dual challenges from both technic and economy,which contributed to the biggest difference in concept between offshore and traditional oil exploitation.One of the important strategies is an idea with less wells and high production to exploit offshore oilfield economically and effectively,while in the middle and later periods of the oilfield exploitation,it's the most economic and effective measure in improving well producing fluid volume and optimizing the structure of oilfield produced fluid,in order to keep stable production and slow down the progress of the production decline for offshore oil fields.By analytic demonstration in all directions in PanYu oilfield group on reservoir residual recoverable reserves,formation energy level,reservoir geological characteristics,single well productivity,wellbore lifting capacity,processing capacity for oil,fluid and water in platform,transporting capacity of the sea pipe and so on,we have finished the screening of potential reservoir and potential wells for lifting fluids based on remaining recoverable reserves,sand production situation and production performance,according to the comprehensive analysis for impact on the history of lifting fluids from reservoir types,reservoir physical property,crude oil property,tectonic location and well type in each water cut's stage of producing well.By the study of inhomogeneous coefficient,residual recoverable reserves,historical effect of lifting fluids,formation fluid production capacity,lifting equipment capacity and interference of wells,optimization and selection have been made for lifting fluid wells and lowering fluid wells,so as to make different optimization plans of produced fluid structure and implementation plans of single well.The effects of final implementation plan for single well have been verified in field,resulting in an increase to 92.3% in efficiency of the implemented measures for lifting fluids.
