This paper aims to improve the speed of measurement data while drilling and ensure accurate data upload.The mechanical properties of drilling fluid reciprocating control signal generator are studied during the coding process.It mainly includes optimizing the structure of the generator,studying the mechanical characteristics of the control system,establishing the basic mathematical model of the signal generator coding,and simulating the performance using simulation software.In terms of optimization,the design of the seal at the push rod was redesigned,and the combination of a plurality of basic shapes for the main valve port was conceived.An optimized calculation model was established,and the size and number parameters of the combined valve port were solved,and the valve port distribution was solved.Uncertainty.The control system of the signal generator includes three parts: cam,push rod and motor.According to the pressure equation of the target waveform,the trajectory curve on the cam is reversed,and the force of the push rod is specifically analyzed.A suitable motor is selected according to the signal generator coding requirements.Based on the simplified hydraulic system model and working principle,the inlet and outlet flow equations of the signal generator,and the force equations of the main valve and the overflow valve were established.Two pressure waves with different frequencies and pressure differences were proposed to represent and encode the signals.When the signal generator was programmed,simulation software was used to analyze the mechanical characteristics.
