The high-salt heavy oil wastewater from Fengcheng can't reach the standard emission line effectively under the existing process conditions. The coagulation-adsorption combined process principle and process route, laboratory research and field test of COD treatment of high salt-containing heavy oil wastewater in Fengcheng Oilfield were introduced. The technology first uses the coagulation process(10% polyaluminum + 0.5% PAM)to treat some of the oil in the wastewater and insoluble,difficult-to-degrade long-chain organics;secondly, the adsorbent is used for advanced treatment.Experimental studies have shown that the use of coconut shell activated carbon, ambient temperature,pH = 8.5,dosage 3.5g/500 mL,adsorption time4 min conditions, the final can reach COD = 115.51 mg/L far below the specified150mg/L efflux indicators.Industrial tests show that, compared with the combined coagulation-ozone oxidation process technology, due to the extremely stable physicochemical properties of the adsorbent material,it can effectively overcome the abnormal operation of the ozone generator caused by high temperature, and the corrosion perforation of the reactor caused by ozone oxidation. The COD of the high-salt heavy oil wastewater is stable to the standard emission.
