China's current annual production of garbage has reached nearly 200 million tons,and with the country's increasing attention to improving the living environment of urban and rural residents,the traditional way of domestic waste treatment will also face further transformation and upgrading,and the traditional way of domestic waste treatment has only reached The purpose of the treatment is to neglect the recycling of the effective resources in the rubbish.Through more advanced technical means to enhance the current level of domestic waste recycling and utilization of urban and rural residents,not only can the living environment of urban and rural residents be more effectively protected,but also can further enhance the level of domestic waste resource utilization.This paper takes the feasibility of the comprehensive treatment and utilization of domestic waste in M County as the research object,and carries out the systematic theory practice from the related feasibility study theory,the technical background theory of domestic waste recycling treatment,the choice of specific technical scheme,the comprehensive benefit of the project,the financial and tax benefit and so on.Conduct research.This paper first reviews the related knowledge theories and concepts systematically,and then divides the feasibility study steps scientifically and rationally.Thirdly,through collecting and sorting out the basic data of the project,this paper evaluates and calculates the economic and financial data of the project during the construction period and the operation period effectively by using the relevant feasibility study theory and method.Based on the relevant data of the evaluation and calculation,it evaluates the repayment ability and finance of the financing loan.The rationality of project implementation is explored in aspects of static evaluation and dynamic evaluation.Finally,this paper also uses the composite method to evaluate the social and ecological benefits of the project,and finally concludes that the comprehensive treatment of MSW in M County is feasible.
