Study On The Factors Affecting Zhuhai Residents' Participation In Domestic Waste Classification

In recent years,along with the intensification of urbanization in China,the development of social economy,urban domestic waste has increased dramatically,and the problem of“garbage siege” has become a major problem in urban management.In response to this phenomenon,the National 13 th Five-Year Plan proposed strategic goals such as the development of circular economy and the classification of sources of domestic waste.The classification of domestic waste is a systematic project that requires the participation of the government,the market,the public,the community,etc.,and the public as the producer of domestic waste and the main bearer of the source waste classification,the public is crucial to the participation of waste classification,and the garbage is determined.The implementation effect of the classification policy.This paper takes Zhuhai residents' participation in waste classification as the research object,and uses the theory of planned behavior to analyze the influencing factors of urban public participation in garbage classification from the public perspective,and conduct in-depth research through literature review,field research and interviews to analyze the impact of waste classification.Many influencing factors of behavior,fully understand the extent of support and reasons for residents' implementation of waste sorting policy,and provide a useful reference for designing a scientific and effective waste sorting management system,formulating relevant policies for waste sorting,and better promoting public participation.This paper first systematically sorts out relevant literatures at home and abroad from two aspects: residents' environmental protection behavior and environmental protection as influencing factors.Compare the experience and practice of relevant countries and regions in the participation of public waste classification,and analyze the various factors affecting the classification behavior of household waste through personalized interviews.Finally,based on theoretical analysis and practical research,put forward relevant opinions on the implementation of waste classification in Zhuhai.And suggestions.It is hoped that the conclusions presented in this paper can help decision-makers find ways and paths to improve and improve residents' participation in waste sorting,and provide theoretical basis and reference for developing better incentive policies.
