The Influencing Elements Of Urban Coummunity Citizens' Garbage Classification Policy Participation

“Garbage classification” policy pilots were carried out in various parts of the country.In this process,for promoting the establishment of the garbage classification system,local government engaged in carrying out policy mobilization.Therefore,it has some significance for this paper to study the effect of policy mobilization,that is the effect of urban community residents' garbage classification participation.This paper takes the local government of Xiamen as example to study the community garbage classification,and then,this paper study the topic of the effect of policy mobilization carried by local government from the following aspects: potential incentive produced from the residents' intergation of community,and external incentive provided by the local government.For the former,this paper adopts the AMOS21.0 stastical analysis software to construct the model.For the later study,this paper adopts SPSS21.0 to make regression analysis.This paper find that,the behaviour integration,contain community networks and coummunity interaction,has a significant impact on the mobilization effect.While,only community emotional identificaion has a direct influnce on dependent variable.But the elements of psycologial integration,community social distance and the satisfication of coummunity relations generat effect on dependent variable by subjective well-being.In additon,the elements consititude of behaviour integration(community networks and coummunity interaction)can exert a direct influence on urban community residents' garbage classification participation via emotional identificaion ostly,while it can exert an indirect influence on urban community residents' garbage classification policy participation via community social distance,the satisfication of coummunity relations and the subjective well-being.In the end,the external incentive factors,both of the reputation incentive,the primary-level organization's frequency of entering into family to propagandize,and the impact of the material incentive don't have a significant effect on the performance of local government's garbage classification policy moblization,while issue garbage classification recipits provided by education bureau have a significant effect on the performance of local government's garbage classification policy moblization.
