As the country continues to advocate “promoting the construction of ecological civilization and taking the road of sustainable development”,environmental protection requirements are getting higher and higher.The electroplating industry is more strict due to pollution emissions,high energy consumption,and more pollutants.Chrome plating is a commonly used electroplating type.Because it produces chromium-containing wastewater and other pollutants during its production process,if its environmental problems are not properly solved,it will have a major impact on human health and the ecological environment.Therefore,the chrome plating industry It is more important to carry out cleaner production.At present,although the country has issued clean production standards for the electroplating industry,there is little research on the comprehensive evaluation of the clean production level of chrome production lines.In view of this,this paper will analyze the D-business chrome-plating production line process,point out its existing problems,propose a clean production plan,and construct a construction index evaluation system to evaluate the clean production level of the D enterprise chrome-plated production line.Research can not only promote the development of clean production in the chrome industry,but also have important reference value for the development of clean production in the electroplating industry.Through the analysis of the process of chromium plating production line in D enterprise,it is found that the process is the traditional manual hexavalent chromium plating process;the existing problems include leaking and running in the process of operation,more liquid taken out from the plating parts,low resource utilization rate,etc.Based on this,the corresponding cleaner production scheme is put forward,including three medium/high cost schemes(new chromium plating production line,roof modification and reduction of workshop skylight).Plating stripping solution)and fifteen no/low cost schemes.Based on the production process of D enterprise chrome production line and the three main aspects of equipment,resource and energy consumption and utilization,and pollutant generation,a clean production evaluation index system was established.The criteria layer identified three factors,among which the production process and equipment weight were the largest(0.6551),the pollutants generated the least weight(0.1335);the index layer refined 10 indicators,of which the clean production process weight is the largest(0.3077),and the hazardous waste pollution prevention measures have the least weight(0.0147).The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the clean productionlevel before and after the chrome-plated production line transformation.The scores were 5.1047 points and 7.116 points respectively,which were raised from the middle and lower levels to the upper middle level.In addition,the implementation effect of the transformation plan also shows that the clean production program effectively improves the clean production level of the enterprise and obtains excellent economic,environmental and social benefits.The total investment of this clean production program is 4.697 million yuan,the annual economic benefit is 2,186,400 yuan,the electricity consumption is 89,000 kwh/year,the water conservation is182.17 million tons/year,the wastewater discharge is reduced by 1,100 tons/year,and the electroplating sludge is 48 tons/ year.
