Study On Cleaner Evaluation Of Coai Washing Enterprises

China is a big country of coal production and consumption .Coal washing is an effective way to improve the utilization rate of coal resources, save energy and protect the environment. Cleaner production is a kind of environment-friendly production mode, which is the trend of the development of coal washing . According to the requirements of clean production, this paper established cleaner production level of coal washing industry evaluation system, evaluation criteria and evaluation model, in order to promote cleaner production in coal industry, rational use of resources, protect the environment and realize the sustainable development of coal industry.According to the basic thought of cleaner production which was explained as to save energy and reduce consumption, reduce pollution and increase efficiency, this paper draw lessons from the coal mining industry clean production standards which was released by the Ministry of Environmental Protection , combined with the relevant environmental requirements at home and abroad as well as the development of the industry, then has established the evaluation index system of cleaner production level of coal washing. According to the characteristics and attributes of each index , this paper use improved AHP to ensure subjective weight, then use the entropy weight method to modify the subjective weight to get the comprehensive weight value. This paper use improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish evaluation model, introduce the grey system theory on the base of the original expert scoring method ,in the center of the whitening albino function through the membership function to determine the qualitative indexes; the introduction of effective degree and confidence degree of the maximum membership degree is improved, so as to get the evaluation results more persuasive.This paper take a heavy-medium coal washing plant in Shandong Province as the research object, research the corresponding value of each index in 2016,get the corresponding standard values of indicators according to the requirements of the relevant regulations, various statistical data and industry development level, The membership values of each index and the fuzzy evaluation results are obtained by applying the cleaner production level evaluation model . The enterprise can get cleaner production level through application of improved maximum membership principle, , the evaluation results were analyzed to find the weak link of cleaner production, then this paper put forward the suggestions on improving the weak links, in order to provide the basis for the implementation of cleaner production enterprises better.
