China is a global water resource country with the fourth largest water resource in the world,after Russia,Brazil and Canada,about 2.7×1012m3.However,China's per capita water resources are only about 2,200m3,and the world ranks 110.It is only a quarter of the world's average.The per capita water resources are very scarce and scarce.The lack of water resources has affected China's sustainable development strategy.In December 2016,the former Sichuan Provincial Environmental Protection Department and the Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision jointly issued the “Water Pollutant Emission Standards for the Minjiang and Tuojiang River River Basins in Sichuan Province”(DB51/2311-2016),which was adopted from January 1,2017.The day began to implement.For a long time,the water environment capacity of the Minjiang and Tuojiang Rivers in Sichuan Province is relatively small,and the problem of water pollution is becoming more and more serious.In 2015,the water quality pollution indicators in the Minjiang and Tuojiang River Basins have reached severe pollution,and the pollution in the tributaries of the Minjiang and Tuojiang River River has become more serious.It is obvious.In response to the “Water Pollutant Emission Standards for the Minjiang and Tuojiang River River Basins in Sichuan Province”(DB51/2311-2016),improve the water environment quality of Tianfu New District and reduce the discharge of water pollutants.14 town-level sewage treatment plants(station)in the direct management area of Tianfu New District It is imperative to repair and upgrade the work.In this context,this paper takes the Baisha Town Wastewater Treatment Plant in Tianfu New District of Chengdu as an example,collects the construction data and operational data of the plant.Through data comparison and field exploration,the main problem of the plant is: the concentration of influent pollutants is higher.High,and the sewage treatment equipment is seriously aging,the process is backward,the sewage pipe network is not perfect,and there are more garbage and SS in the sewage.The impact on the facilities of the sewage treatment plant is large,resulting in the water not meeting the standard.In this paper,the renovation project of Baisha Town Wastewater Treatment Plant will mainly transform the original secondary sedimentation tank into MBR membrane pool.At the same time,the original AAO process will be transformed into AAOA process,and the remaining existing structures and auxiliary buildings will be retained,and other old equipment will be replaced.After upgrading the standard,it not only optimized the sewage treatment process for Baisha Town sewage treatment plant,but also improved the quality of the effluent water.At the same time,it hopes to provide reference and case for the improvement of the sewage treatment plant in the Minjiang and Tuojiang River River Basin in Sichuan Province,especially in Chengdu.
