In order to improve the quality of our water environment and better protect water resources,our country has strengthened the protection of ecological environment.With the promulgation and implementation of GB18918-2002,the sewage discharge standard,more specific and strict requirements are put forward for the removal of various water quality indexes,especially for the removal of total nitrogen and total phosphorus.However,because some of the sewage treatment were built and put into use earlier,the effluent water can not meet the national standard grade 1A discharge standard,so many cities and towns need to carry out the sewage treatment.At present,due to the fact that the water quality of the sewage treatment in the southern district of Daqing Field is much higher than the water quality of the designed water intake,as well as the improvement of the sewage treatment discharge standard required by the state,and the aging of facilities and equipment,an so on,as a result,the effluent water quality of the Sewage Treatment can not meet the current discharge requirements.The water quality of the Sewage Treatment in the southern district of Daqing Field can no longer meet the GB18918-2002 1A discharge standard.The objective of this study is to provide technical support for the bid raising and upgrading of the sewage treatment in sewage treatment.Based on the investigation and analysis of the inlet water quality of the Sewage Treatment in the southern district of Daqing Field,and combined with the existing sewage treatment processes in the sewage treatment area,the upgrading process of the plant was studied.The main contents of the study include the analysis of the treatment effect and the existing problems of the sewage treatment process before the sewage treatment upgrading,the analysis and determination of the water intake and the water quality of the sewage treatment,the selection and analysis of the technical process scheme for the upgrading and upgrading,process design research,analysis of process treatment effect after upgrading and reconstruction,an so on.A technical and economic comparison of the two processes is made according to the existing conditions of the sewage treatment,including: the parallel process of Bardenpho-IFAS and BAF,BAF + Laof.Finally,the sewage treatment upgrade program selected Bardenpho-IFAS and BAF parallel process.In this paper,the process design and economy of the upgrading project are studied.Through the analysis of the treatment effect of the sewage treatment process,it can beshown that the capacity of nitrogen and phosphorus removal has been improved and the removal rate of other pollutants has also been effectively improved,all the effluent water quality indexes have reached the discharge standard of grade a(GB18918-2002)of pollution discharge standard for urban Sewage Treatment.In addition,the upgrading of the sewage treatment will significantly improve the city's water environment,reduce pollutant emissions,and protect the local balance of nature and watershed water quality.At the same time,improving the natural environment has also enhanced Daqing's investment environment and promoted the sustainable development of Daqing's economy.In this paper,through detailed demonstration,it is considered that the design scheme of the sewage treatment upgrading project in the southern district of Daqing Field accords with the actual situation,the technology is advanced,the economy is applicable,and the process operation effect is analyzed,it is concluded that the effluent meets the corresponding discharge standard after the modification.
