Coal dust hazard is one of the five natural disasters in coal mine, and pulverized coal control prevention and control work is coal mine safety production's major subject. With the industrial technology rapid development and mechanization level increasing, in order to ensure the workers health and eliminate production safety hidden danger, researching on that realizing online monitoring and dust technology is great significance.This thesis uses Fluent as numerical simulation platform, base on Eulerian-Lagrangian method proceed numerical simulation for dust dissipation law and concentration distribution in space of raw coal workshop 2111 and 2112 two belts, then analyzing Tashan coal preparation plant's actual situation to determine a reasonable dusting method. Through combining the experiment and simulation means, it has determined the main parameters of pressure and nozzle diameter in gas and water two dust removal system. And selecting the optimum spray parameters for Tashan coal preparation plant spraying dust removal system to provide the theory basis. Using zhutaiwang 6.5 software to design the corresponding spray and dust reduction on-line monitoring system. Through scientific verification, aiming at different dust production site optimally selecting different control equipments, it has formed a set dust online monitoring and control technology system which suitable for large coal preparation plant. Taking the research achievement applying to raw coal workshop 2111 and 2112 two belts tail of Tashan coal preparation plant, it achieved expected monitoring and dust removal effect and proved that the program is feasibility. This research achievement has a very good reference for other dust production points of coal mine.
