The safety management of oil terminal operations is an important task that affects people’s well-being and is more important than Taishan.2019 is the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China.It is of great significance to create a safe and stable social environment.In the event of an accident,the oil terminal may not only cause an explosion or fire accident,but also cause economic losses,casualties and adverse social impacts.Moreover,the spread of petroleum products can also cause marine environmental pollution and damage the aquatic environment.The ecological environment is not easy for a short period of time.The characteristics of recovery,so it is extremely important to strengthen safety management and prevent accidents.As a staff member of the oil terminal,it is found that the safety management work is a long-term and arduous task,and the TJ Port Terminal is an important system for the supply of refined oil products in northern China.Therefore,it is determined that TJ Port oil terminal operation safety management as the research object to carry out this research analysis.This paper first introduces the domestic and international research status of operational safety management,and concludes that the increasing demand for oil brings invisible pressure to the safety work of oil terminals,strengthens the safety management of oil terminals,and improves the safety index.A strong guarantee for the safety of life and property and ensuring social stability.Through the collection of the basic situation of the TJ port terminal,the safety management system,the contingency plan and the safety management fund input,combined with the accident cases of other oil terminals over the years,profound reflection and specific analysis,the current oil The reasons for the hidden dangers of the terminal are issued,and questionnaires are issued to professional safety management personnel.According to the survey results,the risk factors affecting all aspects of the operation of the oil terminal are summarized:human factors,equipment factors,environmental factors and management factors,and operational safety management evaluation indicators are established.The system uses AHP analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the weight of evaluation factors,analyzes the influence degree of these factors in safety management work,and concludes that the current TJ port oil terminal production safety management work is insufficient and the future work direction Finally,the corresponding preventive measures for the safety management of terminal operations shall be formulated to avoid unnecessary accidents,or to minimize the harm of accidents and ensure property and personal safety.
