Considering the requests of cost control and environmental protection,oil sewage has became the mainly solvent applied in compounding polyacrylamide in China.The complexity of produced water composition caused that the factors affecting solution's viscosity became more and more complicated.So it is the most important thing for keeping the solution's viscosity to control water indexes.The issue analyzes the composition of produced water which applies in compounding polyacrylamide in Gangdong Oilfield,finally has confirmed the tangible produced water indexes which affect the viscosity of polyacrylamide solution and the indexes' limits.Aiming to the produced water indexes,we found out several processes of preparation water.The factors which affect the viscosity of polymer solution includes Fe2+,bacterium,suspended substance,cationic.The results of research show that those factors are the key which affect the viscosity of polymer solution in Gangdong Oilfield.Without controlling those produced water factors into strict limits the viscosity can sharply drop.Regarding to control those water indexes,the research shows that the most effective processes of preparation water aeration and auxiliary agents.According to the result of aeration experimentation,the concentration of Dissolved Oxygen in the produced water can conspicuously affect its viscosity,when the oxygenation reaches 2.8mg/L,viscosity of polymer reaches maximum.Adding auxiliary agents can makes a positive result which keeps thermal stability of polyacrylamide.In consideration of experimental result,we suggests taking the 10mg/L's potassium permanganate as pre-oxidant,the 40mg/L's glutaral as bactericide,the 100mg/L's thiourea as stabilizing agent in the polymer flooding site.The issue starts from analyzing the constituents of preparative water from polymer flooding site,and studies the effect of aeration and auxiliary agents on the viscosity of polyacrylamide experimentally,and finds out the process parameters about volume of aeration and dosage of auxiliary agents.The results will bring significance for polymer flooding of Gangdong Oilfield in the theoretical and practical aspects.
