The intelligent design of this thesis mainly serves the deep processing line of glass.The task of this production line is to make 500× 500mm finished products by cutting,grinding,cleaning,inspection and filming of 600 ×550mm 3mm thickness."Low-E" low-emissivity coated glass,the last code,packaging,storage.The purpose of this design is to complete the production line of automatic control and intelligent construction,industrial robots and process equipment and other intelligent equipment through the industrial bus system integration,through the sensor technology to collect the data in the production process,through the Industrial Ethernet communication Means,uploaded to the industrial server,in the MES system under the management of intelligent control.This thesis according to the enterprise glass deep processing production line intelligent rate of more than 95%of the transformation needs,combined with the production line of deep processing of glass technology and quality requirements,the main design task is divided into two areas:First,the existing processing equipment to re-layout,Robots and other intelligent hardware equipment,complete hardware and software design.Second,according to the needs of information processing,complete the system process design.The first focus of the thesis is on the production line of the overall hardware and equipment layout to do a scientific plan,in the original glass deep processing of single equipment on the basis of an increase of four robots,one AGV mobile robot car,a palletizing robot,two six-axis robot.Hardware design,but also on the production site planning and adjustment,the selection of processing equipment to do a clear,the main control circuit,the other key control circuit was designed;software design,according to the automated processing of the production process,the master program and AGV car program was designed,according to cutting,grinding site robot action planning,completed the robot off-line program design.The second focus of this thesis is to process the production line design,to facilitate the next step MES production information management system to improve the entire production process set up seven automation sites,the use of information technology for automatic control:first by AGV car handling raw materials into the production line;The robot is automatically moved into the production line;the cutting machine automatically adjusts the cutting position to cut the robot,and the robot takes the grinding machine into the grinding machine to grind the glass;after grinding,the glass is grasped by the robot to the conveyor belt and sent to the cleaning and drying machine cleaning and drying;the quality of the glass sorting,scrap or rework;qualified product transmission belt into the next automated site for film,labeling,packaging;and finally by the palletizing robot into the library.Through the process design,as well as the removal of the discharge side and the receiving side of the fixed position of the robot and conveyor belt design,the formation of intelligent glass deep processing system design transformation program.The design through the relevant production line in the construction practice,after use greatly improve the production efficiency and product quality,saving the cost of human resources.
