With the development of science and technology and the arrival of the era of knowledge economy,the design and production of sanitary ceramic products are developing towards multi-function,high quality,high environmental protection and high automation.The demand of small batch,many varieties and fast delivery makes the traditional spraying glaze production line based on manual work into a dilemma.The use of mature industrial robots and automation equipment to transform the traditional spraying glaze production line has attracted more and more attention.The design of robot spraying glaze production line is a process of inheriting and reusing the knowledge in the field of design.However,the existing robot spraying glaze production line design is faced with the phenomenon of case knowledge clutter,knowledge retrieval is not enough,design knowledge of different enterprises is heterogeneous,sharing and reuse rate is low.Therefore,how to effectively manage the knowledge in the field of robot spraying glaze production line design,unify and standardize the design case structure of robot spraying glaze production line,and improve the retrieval efficiency and reuse rate of case knowledge are the knowledge management problems that health ceramics related enterprises need to face.According to the above phenomenon and problem,this article embarks from the practical application of sanitary ceramics related enterprises and design process of robot spraying ceramic glaze and knowledge requirements and knowledge retrieval analysis and research,from the robot spraying glaze line design knowledge reuse and knowledge retrieval efficiency and improve the design staff design process standardization,proposed the design and development for robot spraying glaze production line design idea of case retrieval system.The specific research contents and key technologies of this paper are as follows:?1?This paper analyzes in detail the design process,knowledge characteristics and knowledge requirements of the robot spraying glaze production line,and points out the feasibility of the retrieval system of the robot spraying glaze production line design case by analyzing the current situation,problems,requirements and key technologies of the case.?2?According to the characteristics and requirements of the knowledge in the field of robot spraying glaze production line design,the seven-step method of ontology engineering was adopted to construct the concept,relationship,attribute and entity of the knowledge in the field of robot glaze spraying production line design.Moreover,the ontology model of domain knowledge was visualized by using ontology software Protege,and the ontology file SGDO.OWL was produced and stored.?3?Based on the analysis of the hierarchical structure of typical robot glaze spraying production line design case,a representation model of robot glaze spraying production line design case based on domain ontology is established.A case knowledge fragment S1 automatic semantic annotation model was built to extract knowledge labels of design cases.According to the relation between user demand problem model and case knowledge label,a conceptual similarity calculation method and implementation program based on semantic ontology are proposed.?4?Based on the application analysis and research results,a case retrieval system for robot spraying glaze production line is designed and developed.This paper studies the retrieval and storage of ontology technology in the field of"Design case of robot spraying glaze production line",which is of great significance for improving knowledge sharing and reuse in the design process of robot glaze spraying production line.
