A rapid heat waterer is developed and introduced in this thesis.It is a new product which could offer hot water for many different kinds of inhouse or business applications.This product could be used together with barrelled water or water purifier with regular pipe water.It is one of the solutions for fast paced working people or business usage.Its highlight is to offer hot water without waiting at any time.The hot water can be used for tea or coffee or anything if you like.The quality of water are also considered and strictly kept without any pollution.The main contents are:Chapter 1:analysis current water selling by different manufactures on the market.Comparison have been made and dis-advances are pointed out.Chapter 2:overall control system design mapping is introduced which including type selection of MCU,type selection principle of temperature sensors,outlet water temperature control and DC motor control principle and methods.Chapter 3:hard ware design is introduced and explained in this section.The critical circuit design is shown and improvement method is also given.Chapter 4:software design is introduced in this section.Main parts are:driven software design,data collection and filtering,PID temperature control algorisms and execution,PWM control algorism design and execution.Chapter 5:test of the whole system,process and results.Chapter 6:is to make conclusion.Some possible improvements are pointed out.
