Since the beginning of the construction of the long gas pipeline in the 1960s,more than 50 years have passed since the construction of the pipeline network in Sichuan and Chongqing.The imported mechanical and early intelligent electric drive equipment used in the gas station has been completely discontinued.After the failure of imported electric drive equipment,it is necessary to purchase original parts and carry out maintenance by the professionals of the manufacturers.The waiting time for maintenance is long and the cost is high.Some of the old models of equipment have stopped production and are difficult to carry out maintenance.To some extent,it affects the safe production of gas transmission station.In order to shorten the maintenance period of the equipment,reduce the dependence on foreign manufacturers and reduce the failure rate of the equipment,it is necessary to carry out research on the localization of electric drive equipment in gas station,and realize localization of imported electric drive equipment,which is of great practical value for ensuring the safe operation of gas pipelines.This paper deeply studies on the localization of imported electric driving equipment from natural gas transmission and distribution stations in Sichuan and Chongqing area,The main works are as follows:(1)This paper studies the development status of the electric drive equipment at home and abroad,clarifies the working principle and internal structure of the intelligent electric drive equipment and electromagnetism electric drive equipment,compares and analyzes the characteristics of two kinds of electric drive equipment,the structure of internal circuit board and the function of each module.(2)In this paper,the operation of imported electric drive equipment commonly used in natural gas stations in Sichuan and Chongqing area is investigated.Collect common types of faults,frequency of occurrence and annual maintenance cost of imported electric drive equipment,and analyze the causes of failures,(3)This paper finds out the universal and vulnerable components of electric driving equipment used in gas transmission and distribution stations in Sichuan and Chongqing area,Disassembles and combes the similarities and differences between the components of the old electric drive equipment and the similar components in the market,to determine the components that can be replaced by the same class;studies the existing domestic substitutes for the components of the imported electric drive equipment,developes alternatives.(4)For components that are not available in the market,cooperate with domestic manufacturers of electric drive equipment to develop domestic components,develop functional designs for domestic circuit boards,design circuits,The first generation electric drive circuit board is developed by using the domestic components which are easy to buy in the domestic market.(5)The mechanical electromagnetic type and the intelligent type electric driving equipment are selected in the field to carry on the localization substitution experiment.With the research of this paper,the circuit board of the first generation domestic electric drive equipment is developed and the field experiment is carried out,and the malfunction of the imported electric drive equipment is repaired by the different combinations of the existing domestic components.It is proved that it is feasible to carry out the localization substitution of the vulnerable components of the imported electric drive equipment,which can effectively shorten the maintenance period of the imported electric drive equipment,save the investment,reduce the failure rate of the equipment,and improve the management ability of the equipment.It is of great significance to improve the safety of gas transmission and distribution station.
