The electric drive technology has a simple system structure,strong driving force and electric braking force,less loss of accessories,and can provide stepless speed regulation to meet the subsequent external load requirements of complex working conditions and avoid the impact of shifting as much as possible Vibration problems,more ideally guarantee the stability of the system,constant output to reduce energy consumption,convenient modularization and other advantages,has been widely used in construction machinery in recent years.However,due to the pursuit of low-ton cost and limited space for small-tonnage layout,it is only used in large-tonnage mining trucks at home and abroad.This paper takes60 T mining trucks to apply electric transmission as a research object and systematically analyzes the technical characteristics of electric transmission.According to the characteristics of 60 T mining truck,the electric drive system of this tonnage truck was designed and developed.The main research is as follows:(1)On the basis of comparative analysis of the characteristics of several transmission modes,this paper puts forward the scheme of electric transmission for 60 T mining truck.(2)The overall structure design of the electric transmission walking system of the mining truck is proposed,and the overall structural scheme using four-wheel independent drive is proposed.Through the dynamic analysis of the designed system during operation,the specific parameters of each part can be obtained,and then the selection of the main power components,followed by the parameter matching of the power components.(3)The multi-motor synchronous control scheme is analyzed and the four-motor deviation coupling synchronous control is used.The fuzzy PID control principle and the basic principle of electronic differential control are introduced in detail.The control system of four-wheel independent drive is discussed.(4)The simulation model of electric drive walking system is established in MATLAB/ Simulink software.Using MATLAB / Simulink to simulate and study the operation of the60-ton mining truck designed in this paper under typical working conditions,the designed electric drive walking system can ensure that the starting time of the mining truck on the slopeof 11.9 ° is 1 second,The starting speed is 5km / h for starting;when the braking target speed is 50 km / h and 25 km / h respectively,the braking can be performed within 1 second,the system responds quickly,the system fluctuation is small,and the entire braking effect is good;The simulation of the differential turning conditions with an angle of 45 ° and a vehicle speed of 30 km / h when turning.The target speed of each wheel is 15 km / h for the left front wheel,22.5km / h for the left rear wheel,and 45 km / h for the right front wheel.,The right rear wheel is 37.5km / h.Under the built model,the speed of each wheel can reach the corresponding speed requirement in time,and then it can be stabilized at the target speed value,the speed and system response are stable and fast,and the system fluctuation is small.
